Owing to continued success and growth, our client is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor. You will have proven skills by working methodically and accurately ensuring you provide the highest level of service to customers.

You will also live within a commutable distance to Ellesmere Port and hold a full EU Driving License.

Responsibilities:

• Working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
  
• Ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
  
• Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.
  
• Maximising parts and accessory sales to customers. 

Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor

• • Knowledge of: Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle operating systems or similar DMS Systems would be an advantage.
  • Front and back counter sales experience to the trade or retail customers.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Confident working within both retail sales and workshop environments.
