Requirements

You will have an outstanding and proven track record at Head of Business level or as a General/Sales Manager. Our client’s are a fast-paced business, with a hands-on approach, a key part of their culture, and you will be expected to lead by example. Target driven, you will thrive within an entrepreneurial environment and demonstrate success by increasing profitability. With an experienced management team in place and the business performing very successfully, you will be expected to take this dealership to the next level. In addition, you will need to be an influential and motivational leader that coaches the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives, while delivering a high level of customer and employee satisfaction. (A strict criteria on location is paramount for consideration)
