Requirements
Joining a team of 8 and reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will create and implement the marketing strategy for allocated brands within the Group and manage the performance and development of your Marketing Executive. The role will have a broad range of disciplines including digital marketing, CRM, video, radio, event management, and management reporting. This is a fast paced and exciting role with world class brands and large scope for further career development.
Person Description:
The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual and must possess first-class organisation and communication skills. Given that this role involves working closely with multiple dealership management teams and manufacturer partners, a strong team ethic and ability to organise people is essential. Flexibility is essential as the work will involve occasional evening events and some Saturday work.
You will hold a degree in a Marketing related discipline and have at least 3 year’s experience in Marketing to include CRM, digital marketing and management reporting experience. Prior knowledge/interest in the motor industry whilst not essential, would be an advantage.
This position would be suitable for a candidate already holding full residential citizenship based in Dublin, Ireland.
Specific Tasks and Duties:
Liaising with the Marketing Manager to deliver the Marketing strategy for selected brands within the Group
Manage the performance and development of the Marketing Assistant for your brands
Working closely with the management teams in your respective dealerships to create quarterly marketing plans and review campaign performances against target
Driving the CRM strategy for your brands and implementing a robust customer contact plan
Monthly reporting and analysis of dealership performance and marketing ROI to executive management team
Driving the digital strategy for your brands including Group website, SEO & SEM campaigns, partner websites and social media
Managing various events throughout the year from planning to execution to post-event analysis
Core Skills:
An understanding of and appreciation for CRM marketing techniques and customer interaction (prior experience of CDK system would be a distinct advantage)
Analytical and capable of preparing and presenting reports for executive management level
An understanding of Social Media marketing and video in particular
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate credibly with internal & external partners
Google Advertising (setting up PPC campaigns, Google Analytics & Tag Manager, basic understanding of Search Engine Optimisation.)
Experience in creating video content would be an advantage (use of drones, DSLR, GoPros etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Team player with a commitment to helping the development of others in progressing their career
Highly organized with effective time management skills
Comfortable negotiating with suppliers and third parties
Experience working with graphic designers and critiquing artwork objectively
Experience with Excel and preparing marketing budgets
Trustworthy – with the ability to work on confidential and business critical projects

A highly competitive salary & benefits awaits the right applicant. Standard hours of work are 8.30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and one in three Saturdays 9am to 1pm.
