Teamworking and the ability to exceed customer expectations is a big part of the criteria for this position.

    To be an MOT Tester – Tyre Fitteryou will need to be an experienced vehicle technician or previously held a fast-fit technician role. Ideally you will have a strong working knowledge of maintaining tyres, exhausts, batteries and carrying out wheel alignments. You will also have the ability and accreditations to carry out licensed MOT’s.  

       

    Requirements for the role:  

    To be willing and able to change wheels and tyres on a multiple range of vehicles 

    To be able to utilise geometry equipment for vehicle alignment 

    To be able to operate tyre fitting equipment carefully and competently     

    To carry out required MOT tests on vehicles efficiently 

    To correctly complete all required information on job cards for vehicle write ups  

    To Communicate effectively and friendly both inhouse and to the general public 

    To operate as a team player and help and assist team members when required 

     

    Required skills and Qualifications for this position:  

    Must be an NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Service and Repairs
