Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd proudly offers a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join our client and their team based in Knutsford, Cheshire.

As Assistant Accountant, you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliation. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.

Requirements

About You:

Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month end reconciliations are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system or Pinnacle System, and Microsoft Office is also essential. Ideally you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team. You will live within a reasonable commutable proximity to the premises in Knutsford, Cheshire.
